01

Why I made it

I kept running into the same classes of problems on different sites: broken internal links, inconsistent canonical URLs, stale assets, duplicate IDs, redirect regressions, and small changes that caused issues elsewhere. Instead of solving those from scratch on each project, I moved the reusable checks and helpers into one repository.

02

What it checks

  • Broken internal links, missing fragment targets, orphan pages, redirect chains, and duplicate redirect sources.
  • Canonical and Open Graph URL consistency, sitemap coverage, duplicate IDs, labels, JSON-LD, and missing assets.
  • Unfinished placeholder copy and broad repeated long-form content that can indicate template regressions.

03

Build and deployment

  • Generates sitemap.xml, robots.txt, security.txt, Cloudflare redirects, security headers, and a build-health report.
  • Fingerprints CSS and JavaScript with content hashes so long-lived caching can be used without serving stale assets.
  • Runs npm run verify locally and in GitHub Actions, with a separate live audit for redirects and deployment headers.

04

Reusable browser pieces

Navigation

Accessible mobile drawer behavior with focus handling, Escape support, and viewport synchronization.

Storage

Small local-storage helpers with namespaced keys and safe fallback behavior.

Requests

Timeout-aware fetch and finite loading helpers so interfaces do not stay stuck indefinitely.
